I placed my order for one hospital in West Nashville,TN. The order i placed was for a hospital with the same name only it was Midtown. When I realized that I had made the mistake, i called the 1-855 number to see if I could switch the location for delivery. I got this wonderful lady by the name of Kim M. Who was the essence of kindness and capability! She fixed the problem in a timely manner and made me feel very blessed to have had her as the one to help me. WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE!

It was great! I sent flowers for a birthday and they loved it!
It was confirmed on Saturday that the flowers would be delivered that day. I received an e-mail on Sunday saying that the flowers were not delivered on Saturday because a florist could not be located in the area that could make the delivery. The flowers were delivered on Monday and I was told by the recipient that they were beautiful! I was given a credit for the same day delivery charge.
