I would like the option to make a change in delivery location if it is not the day of delivery.
Site was easy to use however, I was unaware of the service charge until the very final screen and as I had received a discount for my first order this counter balanced my saving. The delivery was later than advised but a very good arrangement.
Beautiful fresh flowers and always delivered on time. The orchids had quite a few flowers already opened but also many buds about to open soon. I also liked the container which can be used in the future for other home-made arrangements.
I am concerned that the order might be processed by 'Flowers by the Depot' in Natick. Unfortunately they have a bad rep for no-shows on remote orders. Can you use Posies of Wellesley or make darn sure the bouquet is actually delivered? It is a surprise to a one-off business associate and I will depend on a feedback from the receiving party (will not be chasing up) Tnx s.r.

I ordered at 11:31am on 8/30 and wanted it to arrive at a Business. But the driver called and said he couldn't get it there in time, so it had to be delivered at a Residence instead. The driver was very nice and accommodating, but I really wanted it to go to my daughter in laws work place. It arrived at 6:30 that evening, online it said it would only take 4 hours. However, she was surprised and loved the bouquet/vase. It made her day.

I think the handling/service charge of 14.99 was absolutely ridiculous.
You snuck in the "Handling Charge" at the end, and I didn't want to take the time to do this over somewhere else.

I was excited to find this web site and it had really good customer satisfaction ratings. So I ordered one of the candy baskets for my daughter's birthday. I realize that it doesn't always match what the photo looks like but I was very disappointed when my daughter sent me a photo of the basket she received. I was expecting all or at least a good bit of full-size candy bars. That is what was shown in the advertisement. There wasn't one full-size bar it was all individual bite size candies. That would have been fine if that was what I was expecting and didn't pay what I paid for the basket. I had even purchased the medium size basket in hopes of really giving my daughter a good variety of candy. (based on the photo on your their site) I called customer service to just voice my disappointment. I was told sorry for your disappointment. :(

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and would like a call back at the number or email address that was provided on the order. We ordered the premium arrangement and it was the size of a STANDARD arrangement from our other florist. It has been only ONE day and the flowers are wilting. I took several pictures when I went to the salon that I had them delivered to today...the arrangement will need to be tossed out at the end of today. The bud heads are drooping-it was absolutely awful. I will not order from this company again and would like a refund-when you see the photos you will understand why.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
