Ordering experience was easy, however the item did not arrive as "described" in the photos. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and paid the additional $12.99 for a "Custom Photo Vase."
The customization process was simple enough, but nowhere during the ordering process was it stated that the "Photo Vase" is merely a printed waterproof photo that the recipient is supposed to put inside of the vase. When my mom called to thank me and asked what to do with the photo, I was confused. What photo? I ordered a photo vase not a printed photo.
I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I double checked my order receipt and even went back to the website to imitate ordering another photo vase to see if I'd missed the disclaimer somewhere. I was unable to find any mention of the item being a waterproof photo insert as opposed to an actual printed vase. The customization preview of the "printed" vase is also very misleading as it is undistinguishable that the photo is just an insert. I could have made a vinyl photo wrap for the vase myself with my Cricut machine, had I known, and it would've been much higher quality.
I can see that the company is perhaps attempting to be creative with the "waterproof photo" concept, but that is not what I ordered. If this is their idea of a custom photo vase, it should be clearly stated to customers, so that they are not guilty of false advertising and price gouging by charging $13 for vase with a paper photo insert versus the $7 for a plain vase.
Additionally the flowers were left outside (in the box) all day in 90+ degree weather. This may or may not be the fault of the flower/delivery company. My mom is on vacation for her bday, and I had them delivered to the bed & breakfast she's staying in, so the concierge could be responsible for this error, but it is still disconcerting to pay as much as I did for flowers to be left in the heat all day.

I needed these flowers delivered on Monday, July 13 and was delighted to get them ordered,
Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on Tuesday, July 14 and unfortunately were not the best quality or assortment of flowers that I ordered. But, knowing your company I am confident that a representative will work with me to investigate what happened, why these flowers arrived in the poor condition that my friend said they were in and someone will make this right.

The flowers where $19.00. I had to pay for a vase separate. I would think 1 would come with it. By the time I paid for the vase there goes most of my discount so I feel in a sense I paid the regular price. But everything else was fine.
I'm am usually pleased with the service & the cost of my purchases. The birthday flower cake really made my 83 year old Father happy! I only wish they could've been delivered earlier in the day without having to pay extra!
