I think this is the 4th time I have ordered and have not been disappointed yet!
My order included a stone with a saying and angel on it. That was the only reason I purchased that item. Then I was informed they did not have the stone, but an angel instead and asked me if that would be ok. Well no, that isn't ok, that was not what I ordered. So they then took 15% off my order price. Then they called again and stated they couldn't make the same day delivery I asked for and paid for. So they said they would take 30% off. I still have not seen the reimbursement on my account. Also feel they should deduct the $2.99 for same day delivery, as that was not provided. They should also remove items from their web page, if they are not available.
Just ordered so don't know what they look like yet.the flowers were delivered on time and beautiful.the only issue I have is that when I did not complete my order the first time, they sent me an email to get free shipping, so when I went back and completed my order I did not get free shipping.

This has been already handled but for purposes of doing this survey, the flowers were very nice however not as full as I had oped and not exactly the colors of the ones that I based my purchase upon. Your company although not required gave me a 20% off amount. Which is very good customer satisfaction and I appreciate it.

I was a little surprised that the final price was $54, and the price shown when I checked out was $38. A processing fee was added on.
Also, the photo my sister sent if the actual arrangement and the photo on the website differed greatly. The vase was even different. Thankfully, my sister loved the flowers, but I was disappointed. I had chosen that arrangement specifically because the colors reminded me of her, and the flowers they used were different colors. Had they at least used similar colors, I would've been perfectly happy.
It is great so far! My friend has been really enjoying the flowers.
