Overall the flowers were beautiful. When I placed the order at 8:30 am I wanted same day delivery and it appeared that it would be done but then in the afternoon I received an email stating they were refunding me the money for this and it would be delivered the next day. That should have been told to me sooner as I would have opted to cancel and place with someone who could have done same day.
Sent birthday balloons to a friend in San Francisco. They were tied to his door when he got back from breakfast so it was a great surprise and wonderful that the balloons were delivered so early. The balloons he was holding in a picture he sent looked just like the picture I ordered on the website. The only reason I only gave it 4 starts is because, well, flower and balloon deliveries are always overpriced. HOWEVER, flowersfor you.com were the least expensive in all my searched for balloon deliveries in SF. Even the local florists were more expensive.
I wish the pictures on the site represented the products more closely. The picture is of the deluxe choice. I chose a tier 1 product. It was still beautiful but i wish the website showed pictures for each level. I would have upgraded to the next level if i had known.
