I chose the "Vibrant and Bright" bouquet of flowers specifically because of the color scheme (oranges, reds and pinks for Fall) and because of the gerber daisies in it. I understand that orders do not always look exactly like the picture, but the flowers that were received couldn't have been more different. The colors were white and purple and green and looked like "Spring" instead of "fall". Also there were no gerber daisies in it. I would never have picked that bouquet honestly. If I had known it would look like that, i would've chosen a cheaper option than "Vibrant and Bright" (since it was more expensive than many other options on your site).

The recipient told me the plant was "cute" and looked "cute" on their small table. Just how dinky was this?!? I thought I had upgraded to the medium size - I am very disappointed.
When I look at the photo of what I ordered and compare it to the photo of what was received, I was hugely disappointed. It looked like less than half the flowers I had been led to believe I was purchasing.
I was told the plant was beautiful, but I was not told it would be in a hanging basket.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
