My experience was great.

The flowers were NOTHING like what the picture showed. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This was my first time sending flowers to somebody. I really liked the bouquets offered, but was shocked at the cost of shipping and handling. I went ahead and ordered the bouquet anyway, because my husband's Grandma is a very special lady plus it was her 83rd birthday. Other than the total cost, the flowers looked beautiful and they arrived on time. Thank you! :)

It was easy. Would only have liked box to note to florist that Mama likes pinks and pastels

There was some confusion on the initial delivery attempt, as the recipient's doorbell wasn't working and they did not hear the knock. Great follow up and follow through by the florist! My friend was very pleased by the flowers.

The flowers were NOTHING like I ordered. I was so embarrassed when the photo was sent to me. I will never order again and never promote your services again. Such a disappointment. I have never been embarrassed sending a birthday gift. Shame on this company. I would like to speak to someone further and send photographs. Thank you.

I was very disappointed with my order. First of all, the colors of the flowers received were significantly different that in the picture on the internet thus making the display not as pretty as the one on the website and secondly some of the roses were already wilting when the bouquet arrived

Could be better if the sender could choose an address in an other country.

Fees and taxes took the price a lot higher than I expected - not something we're used to in the U.K.!

Paying with foreign credit card not possible (only with paypal)
Delivery was not on same day as promised. Order was made in the morning.
It remains unclear whether a call was made to recipient on first delivery attempt, but at least not attempted to call more than once.
