Ordered flowers for my brother's 50th bday. They arrived on time and he loved them. They were black and white and had the "Over the Hill" theme. It was just what I needed. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but it was worth the reaction. He loved it! Thanks for being on time. I would use your service again.

I was so disappointed to see the plant at the wake. The picture was so deceiving. I expected a plant that was mature with beautiful white blooms like the picture. Although the recipient was gracious, it was wilted and very small in comparison to all the other plants at the funeral. It was also disheartening to see my words misspelled and handwritten with shaky penmanship! No beautiful typed card? Unforgivable! I'm embarrassed and heartbroken that I went with you.
Well didn't come on the specified. On top of that the next day arrival was late in the evening. Still the plant was gorgeous.

Terrible customer service! Paid extra for same-day delivery for anniversary and flowers never showed up. I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service person said they could see my order but was unable to contact the florist. They offered an apology note and a free box of chocolate. I decided to cancel the order and give my business to a place that actually deserves it. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
