I wish the prices were more fair
It looked tiny in the photo. I also called last night to have the card message changed and it arrived as the original message. Very disappointed.

A different product from what I ordered was sent, but it was comparable. I was not notified that this might happen but the receivee was very pleased so I am okay with that. The arrangement was very beautiful and the pumpkin had a lid, which the one I ordered did not have a lid so I was pleased about that.
I was just surprised that I it would not allow me to enter a coupon code, and there was such a high handling fee of 16.99 per order. My order of $65.00 ended up costing me a total of $115.00 due to processing and handling fees. I was not happy. At least the baskets were very nice and fairly impressive.

This is my third order. So far flowers have been excellent and good service too. The one time the delivery went wrong they stepped right up to remedy the problem and since then everything has been A-OK. Flowers reported to be fresh and very long lasting by recipients.

The flower arrangement was delivered not as shown on the web site. It was not a cheap arrangement. When my wife received the arrangement (Soaring Orchid Elegance), it was not as elegant as shown on the web or as described.
After a few emails, customer service did the right thing by honoring their "Satisfaction Guarantee" and reduced the charge. This made me happy and will consider fromyouflowers.com for future purchases.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
