Very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to the recipient. They ( roses) were wilted, some of the roses were broken from stem but still intact, and the edges of the roses were brown. Tried to make them look at least half decent, by the time I finished they loomed very bare in the vase.
At first I was disappointed with the flowers upon delivery but your great customer service understood and made sure I got the right flowers and they were beautiful. Ashley was great! She took the time to listen, customer satisfaction, and also gave me a $10 certificate towards my next order! I would definitely recommend and order again! Thanks from you flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
