I HAD THE FLOWERS SENT TO A FRIEND. SHE RECEIVED THEM AND WAS HAPPY TO GET THEM. I DIDN'T SEE THEM, BUT I THINK THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND IF THEY WERE LIKE THE PICTURE, IT WAS FINE.

Well so far the website is easy to use and very straight forward with almost everything. I didn't see something that said there would be almost $15 for service and handling. That may have altered my decision which arrangement to go for if I knew that up front. However the automatic 20% saved me $9 of those $15 So not too bad. The flowers showed up just as beautiful as the picture and delivery was earlier than i thought it would be which was great!

As soon as I completed the order I realized I mis spelled the name. I called the 800 number with the order number in hand. I spoke to customer care who said he made the correction. He then put me on hold and called the shop doing the work. Told me all was taken care of. Four hours later it shows up with the typo.

Smooth transaction. Beautiful arrangements. BUT what was delivered was not the same thing I ordered or as specified or described on site and order form. I would definitely give better reviews if what was delivered was exactly like ordered or similar. I DID NOT get what I paid for.

It would have been wonderful if the balloons and flowers were received together. I got the balloons first and then then flowers later in the afternoon. The balloons were not that fully inflated (like plump). The following day the regular balloons were already deflated.

Ordered Bouquet of flowers & requested a balloon. However the balloon was a kids dinosaurs. Don't think appropriate to send to an adult with a bouquet of flowers. Very disappointed.

I didn't realize the product I sent would be so small. The picture on your website didn't indicate how small the basket was. I would have been happy to pay more money for a larger arrangement. My friend posted a picture of it FB and I was embarrassed by the size. The flowers used were quite nice however and I'm sure if a larger basket would have been delivered, it would have been fine.

Good. My mom said the flowers were pretty. She received them at about 12:30-1:00, which I think is a reasonable time. The delivery charge was a little high, especially the additional 2.99. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and service from From You Flowers.
