Online complaint would be that they were left in the middle of the sidewalk going up the house in a vase and nothing to support it from being knocked over by an animal. The recipient was asleep so when they came to the door she did not hear them. Instead of calling the number I have they just left them on the sidewalk. Luckily they were fine and I followed up with her to look at the door.
I received a whole different thing from what I order. Im so disappointed from what I order and what my mother received on her Birthday.

The picture vase is the hit and size of flowers. I habe ordered 3 times with the pick a picture vase. However, one of the person i bought for, turned around and sent my some flowers theirs were gorgeous in pics they sent me but the ones ordered for me alittle disappointed as all of the outside petals were wilted and turning brown as if someone picked all the flowers already semi bloomed? My orders to rhem were brillant in color still large buds no wilt no brown not opened yet. So with this I am glad for their sake. Thank You God. But in third order in family mine while large(a good thing) I felt I missed the beginning beauty of the large bud. The amazing beauty of seeing them start to open. I felt like I got half of what someone else had the pleasure of experiencing. I am very sad and felt cheated in this beauty of recieving my budded rose from start to finish. You should send them in the younger stages as that is what I found so beautiful about your service

I was disappointed in the quality of the bouquet. It was smaller than the web picture showed and the flowers were disheveled in the vase. The delivery was very fast - actually better then expected.

The flowers were not great. I paid $200 for 3 beautiful vases of flowers for my mom's memorial service and the lilies were not open, the flowers did not look like what I ordered, did not fill 3 vases and I am angry! I will not use this site again.
