The flowers were ordered in the morning for same day delivery and noted to be delivered to a business. They were delivered after normal business hours. There was no information that that would be a possibility. That was very unsatisfactory.

The only thing I wish I could have done was with a "florist arranged piece" ask to order a butterfly pick into the arrangement. The only a la carte items were candy, a teddy bear or balloons. The butterfly pick is symbolic to my mother and I and yesterday was her mother's death anniversary. I wanted a different arrangement with a butterfly pick added, I wasn't too fond of the only 5 arrangements to choose from. However, the finished product was very, very nice.
None as I was not the recipient of the flowers.

They're beautiful.
I sent flowers to a student who was in the hospital. I received a confirmation stating the flowers were delivered. When I spoke with the student, no flowers were ever delivered to her. After calling customer service they refused to let me speak with a manager and hung up on me twice! I am now out $75. I will never use this shop again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
