I will never shop from you flowwers again. Against my better judgement i decided to give you a try and when the flowers came they were wilted and looked dried out. I was so mad that i couls have did better by picking a 20.00 arrangememt from my local kroger store. I called custer service and the gentlemem was nice but was only able to offer a refund of 11.00 and a 15.00 gift certificate. Ididnt want to accept it but was informed thats all he can do. Im very unhappy with the arangements my mother recieved for her birthday and will be taken my business elsewere when shopping for flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
