I purchase the flowers for my friend's daughter who was going through a difficult time, they arrived on time looked fresh and pretty, she was so happy to receive flowers, made her smile!
Disappointed. My "same day delivery" order was delivered 3 days late. I was promised a free upgrade for the inconvenience, which I gladly accepted. The arrangement that was sent was terrible! Nothing close to what I ordered and it certainly was not upgraded. Very poor quality. That is the last time I will order flowers online.
Well i didn't revive my order i had to call and have it resent and i paid 26 plus and dint get it until the day after a day late so i will never order from y'all again

So far, so good! I think tax/delivery charges should be indicated prior to end of checking out. Delivery charges were almost as much as the flowers.
A lot of sitting around and waiting for hours for the delivery.
I was very disappointed with this arrangement.It had minimal flowers with a lot of greens and was in just a plain green florist container which was visible because there were not enough flowers to cover it.I was embarassed when I saw it at my friend's house.Not at all what I have experienced with you in the past.

Flowers were not as pictured. Flowers were delivered to funeral home, no water was added to the vase. By the time of the service, roses were wilting. None of the lilies were open, green pods were still closed. Looked like a few roses and a lot of greens. Very disappointed with the look. Felt this arrangement was very over priced!
