I requested and ordered a ballon to be included in my delivery however the arrangement arrived without a ballon. I contacted From You Flowers customer service so they were made aware.
When I went back to edit, it would only let me edit pre 1200 delivery. I could not adjust balloon or candy. After receiving them, the product was much smaller than anticipated. Almost embarrassing and definitely not worth the price paid.
