These are for my daughter whose husband left her unexpectedly & stopped all financial help secretly before leaving her with 4 children one being special needs I pray these are better than the last 2 bouquets cz she deserves it. Also I placed order nothing happened so I started over HOPE IM NOT CHARGED TWICE

I ordered a photo vase for my mom's 90th birthday. Paid extra for it. It came with a standard vase, not a photo vase. Site wanted to just give me a $10 gift certificate, had to argue with them about the refund. I spent $219 on flowers, and the photo vase was supposed to make it really special. All's I got back was the cost of the vase, and had to argue for that $14! Who wants a $10 gift certificate on a product that wasn't delivered so they can spend more at a store that doesn't deliver what the order was? They gave me some standard language of, "Jason 07:26 pm

I was contacted due to the local florist not having the exact bouquet that I ordered and they assured me that the replacement would be of equal or greater value. They came through. The bouquet was just as beautiful as the one I originally ordered. Thank you for your communicating with me and following through with your promise. Greatly appreciated.
The flowers arrived within next day so that's great. But the chocolate that accompanied the flowers were supposed to be Godiva chocolate and they were not. Somewhat false advertising.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
