I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered to the hospital for my mother in law. The picture showed pine cones, lots of flowers, and greenery. Well there were no pine cones and only a couple of flowers stuck in the greenery. I called customer service, they in turn contacted the florist to replace. As of 36 hours later, no replacement, and she is being released from the hospital. I will be going with a local florist directly for all flower needs from now on.

Three days before my delivery date I change my mind and asked the florist if they could send the flowering to a day early and they were able to which I was grateful for!
