I did not know about service/handling fees until check out and that significantly changed the price. However I was impressed that I could order flowers and get them delivered on the same day. I got them ordered for my long distance spouse for a birthday surprise that was much appreciated!

I was disappointed with the size of the order when it arrived. For a flower arrangement costing all up $71.00 I expected it to be larger.
I suspect I could have picked up a larger arrangement from the grocery store that would equate to 3-4 times the size for the price.
6 roses and 4 lillies (short Stem) some green leaves and pink bud flowers for $71.00 was surprisingly small.
I placed my order yesterday, 12/14/17, I was charged extra for same day delivery but they weren't delivered until today, 12/15/17. What the recipient received was wilting flowers. Overall they had a sad appearance rather than Happy Birthday. The one thing that makes me the most upset is that the recipient was called yesterday and told they couldn't be delivered the same day, RUINING THE SUPRISE. I will NOT be ordering from this company again.
