It was easy to order and choose what you wanted from the website. My issue was they were three days late and where almost dead when i received them. They were for my mothers birthday and they was a special meaning behind them. I did not appreciate the wait it took to receive them nor the quality

The website no shopping experience was stellar. The product delivered and the value was below expectations. I paid for an upgraded bouquet ($95) and it didn't look any better than the picture. I'm sorry, but 6 roses and lillies is not worth the price I paid. In addition, not all balloons ordered were delivered.
From you flowers provided a 25% refund and a $20 credit toward a future order, but I do not intend to use this service again. I'd rather visit a florist in person to hand select my arrangement.

Same day delivery was nice
Just as I was about to order, the price of the flowers went up ten dollars without warning! Then, when I got to the final stage, it informed me of a handling fee of 15 dollars. I was very upset at these sneaky attempts to make money and am only ordering out of desperation.
There was no way to track my order and the balloon was kind of cheap...

I was excited to find such sweet pics of rose Christmas trees. I was disappointed when sent a pic by one of the recipients. Although healthy flowers were sent, it wasn't even close to a tree form and I was disappointed with the lack of amount of roses added even when upgraded.
Quick, easy, and simple. Perfect for what I needed for an anniversary when 1000 miles separates you. In all honestly though, I was was quite disgruntled about the fact that the "medium" chocolate option (which was $15) did not specify what kind of chocolate it is. My girlfriends hates cherries, and it turns out i paid $15 for a $3 box of Queen Anne's cordial cherries...More than a little disappointed with that.
