The arrangement is about half the size of what is pictured. We paid for the most expensive, deluxe arrangement and it looks like we received the simple order. It was our bosses Christmas Gift and I am disappointed.
Everything about this process exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was super smooth -- I loved that there was a whole separate section on the website for bouquets that were available for same-day delivery! Flowers, balloons, and chocolates were delivered on time and without issue, even though I ordered it from California for delivery in Connecticut, 15 minutes before the cut-off time for same-day delivery. The bouquet was very nice, and I especially liked that the lily flowers hadn't opened up yet, ensuring that the customer can witness the whole beautiful blooming :). All in all, I'm very impressed!

I was happy that this company sent me an offer of free shipping, otherwise I would not have paid the exorbinent charges. I know it gets added back to the cost of the flowers which is not really fair to me. I do like this site for sending flowers, but I do not like the arbitrary costs to do so.
