I thought I was ordering from a local company that would deliver the bouquet that was pictured in your ad.
My brother/Wife received some greenery with 5 roses and 20 red bows. There was one bow in the photo.
If you ask a customer if they want to up scale their order do you just add a bunch of stupid bows? Not happy at all when the total was almost $100. I should have just sent them cash.
Not too happy with all the hidden fees. What started as $37 ended at over $70 due to all the little fees tacked onto the initial price. It's a form of dishonesty and being a business owner I pride myself on integrity. I wouldn't recommend or do business with a company I cannot trust.

12/26/2017 - I was asked if I wanted same day delivery and I said yes. I had to pay extra for this service. Then the flowers were not delivered until the next day. I hope I get a refund for asking for same day delivery.

The delivery was late and had to be sent to the person's home instead of their office. Also two flowers had broken stems and several others were wilted. It was not beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
