I ordered this on 1/6/18. Your same day delivery guarantee didn't happen. It was a huge fiasco. You gave me a refund, but it ended up being too late for me to go local businesses. I called back to have it redone and delivered today, in which you were going to drop the same day delivery charge and upgrade my original purchase, for compensation.
I called just a bit ago to re-confirm the delivery will go out today, and apparently you had no order at all now and it was lost!

It was easy to place the order. However, I was surprised when I saw the final bill that a charge of $14.99 had been added for service and handling. The website does not tell you about this additional fee upfront. When you place your order, it shows up on the final screen. On the plus side, the flowers arrived on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
