The arrangement that I ordered was nice, but it did not resemble the picture very well and was quite small. I was disappointed in the arrangement with the price that I paid. The delivery was quick, however.

The service handling fee is a bit much
Delivered on day required
Order was placed at 9AM on 1/10/17 and was told it would be delivered same day. Got an email at 5PM that it would not be delivered. The rep said they could not find a florist to deliver same day. If there is no florist for same day it should not allow me to order them same day. Seems to me like a bait and switch. The balloon was missing too. Good price but I guess you get what you pay for.
Please make sure there are NO substitutions in the arrangement, thanks. The Roses were White and the Lillies were Yellow and this is not what was pictured or what was desired. This is the 2nd time what was delivered is not close to resembling the selection.

Quick and easy, very pleased with delivery of product
I ordered flowers & were not delivered on the date. I was refunded for my same day delivery charge as well as the Flowers were absolutely beautiful! She just got it the day after her birthday. They were very apologetic & accommodating. I might consider to order next time just not on a specific day so I won't be disappointed.
