At a very sad time, we appreciate the ease of your website.
I expected a little bit greater wreath and I think the teddy bear was not necessary (since she was not a child)...otherwise I am satisfied.
My mother called and told me that it is beautiful and helps to brighten her day.
I placed my order at 1:30 PM on the 24th and was told they would be delivered that same day. I was notified two hours later that the soonest they could be delivered was the next day and because the reason was just because and not a special location it wasn't a high priority. I was unsatisfied with this answer they gave me 15% off and a $10 gift card for my next purchase. My order was not delivered until 2 p.m on the 25th. I was told by the local florist that was delivering my order@ 10 a.m that the arrangement was on the truck out for delivery. The arrangement was not as described or pictured online. I will not be using that florist ever again.
Order delivered a day late an arrived at 7:15 p.m.
I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement based on the website photo and purchase price. I also had to call about delivery. I will not use the website again.
Wish delivery charges were not so expensive.

I ordered the deluxe arrangement. It didn't look any different than the standard and was not what was pictured.
I was going to buy earlier but was surprised that delivery was free but almost a $20 service charge was added (for what). Anyway, I'll shop around more next time. My Mom was very pleased with the flowers. They made her day! Regards
The flowers were sent to a funeral home, so i didn't personally see what they looked like upon arrival.
My aunt loved the flowers and they were delivered quicker than I anticipated.

Easy to order. Offered same day but they did not do it same day. I ordered earl in the morning and received an email around 3:00 pm that they could not deliver until the next day. I was disappointed. But the package I ordered was as expected

I am not at all pleased with the product that was delivered. I picked the flower arrangement that I liked, yet the arrangement that was delivered does not look like the product I picked. The picture of the arrangement that chose was beautiful, colorful & very artistic! The arrangement that was delivered was a mess of flowers(not at all like the flowers in the picture) that look like they were just tossed into the vase with NO creativity at all! I'm so disappointed in the gift!
