Ordering was easy. What was delivered was an embarrassment. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo on their site and looked as if a child had put it together. A few flowers literally placed here and there and lots of greenery. The bow was even a mess. I suggest ordering from another site. I will not use this site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
