When I clicked on FTD and it sent me to this company once I chose the flowers, it should've had in BOLD letters that the flowers will arrive in a box and you have to arange them yourself. I was disappointed to learn that when I chose the upgrade, it was only 18 roses instead of 24. I sent the arrangement to my elderly mother for her birthday, to bad they came in a box and just left outside by the door to die in the AZ heat. What a disappointment.
Best value options! Same day options... PayPal, easy! However there was a huge service charge (about 50% of the price of the flowers!) that I was not aware of, that just appeared on the pay pay receipt...
This time they where delivered a day late

My order was received at the prompt time that was estimated. I didn't get to see them because I sent them to a dear friend but she called me as soon as she received the delivery to tell me thank you, she also said that the flowers were beautiful... I will definitely use you all again in the future

My order was scheduled for same day delivery but I recvd an email after placing the order saying that wasn't going to happen. Birthday flowers arrived a day late. I recvd an email with an apology. It was nice to be notified but I think a little more should have been offered to make it right especially when the website advertised same day delivery if orders are placed before a certain time.

Delivery time was very good, and the flowers received were very close to what the picture showed. All in all, a good on-line experience, except the additional charges. Personally, I think you should just say what you want to charge for the flowers and make that added service charge less.
