Mixed feelings. Lots of flowers were still in buds, which, if they do open it will be really nice and should last longer. Not very attractive right now. And a little expensive, I thought. But overall, OK.

Check out is a real pain, saw something about checking a box if I do not want something right at the end but it was too late to change.

The item was delivered at the right time, but since I did not get to see it, I have no way of telling if it met my expectations.

Over all, this was not one of my better online experiences. Sorry, that's just me.

Your handling and service fee seemed high, but the quality of the flowers was good and, though we didn't get the bear I thought we would, the one we got was also fine. The person who delivered the flowers had to come back after just missing us by 10 minutes, and he was very pleasant and courteous, in spite of the added trip. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I will use this service again.
