Mixed feelings. Lots of flowers were still in buds, which, if they do open it will be really nice and should last longer. Not very attractive right now. And a little expensive, I thought. But overall, OK.

I was satisfied with my flower arrangement except delivery time was 7PM Central time, just worried me.
Your handling and service fee seemed high, but the quality of the flowers was good and, though we didn't get the bear I thought we would, the one we got was also fine. The person who delivered the flowers had to come back after just missing us by 10 minutes, and he was very pleasant and courteous, in spite of the added trip. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I will use this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
