I have ordered several flowers from them, and love them. The stand behind my orders and if something isn't right, they fix it. Not only quickly but their customer service reps are so nice, they want to make their customers happy. Highly recommend them and I tell people about them all the time. Thank you!

The flowers I ordered are not what my sister received. I specifically picked out something without carnations because she despises them and the florist used carnations. The colors of the roses we're not the same colors that were in the arrangement I chose. The florist added greenery and baby's breath which were not in the arrangement I chose. While pretty I am not satisfied with my order. My sister didn't get what I paid for. The arrangement was beautiful but no where close to what I picked out. If you're going to offer arrangements to be chosen from the florist should honor that arrangement instead of taking creative liberty. If I wanted the florist special arrangement I would have chosen that for almost $60.

I ordered same day delivery for my mother's bday. It did not arrive until the next day. I was supposed to get an upgrade on the flowers and did not. No one answers when you call. You get put on hold to horrible elevator and then it hangs up!
