This is the second time I have ordered from this company and have been disappointed with both orders. This current arrangement was beautiful and reflected the same flowers as in the online picture/product description. However, both times I paid extra to have same day delivery and it wasn't delivered until the next day. I even received a "delivery confirmation" on the same day but the flowers weren't actually delivered until the next day. I don't know that I can trust ordering from this company in the future.
Over the past 3-4 years I've order many flowers and/or plants to send to our workers across the US for multiple occasions. All orders have arrived at their intended destinations on time and in great shape. I'm very pleased with the service and product.
