The next day guarantee is iffy. Had to call 3 times to be sure that my flowers would be delivered as they promised. The first call, I was told there was a "technical problem" and delivery may be delayed. This was a delivery to an office, which would be closed the next day. Also, I made my purchase from the "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" offerings. After threats to reporting them to BBB and various internet outlets, my flowers were delivered a few minutes shy of the guaranteed delivery time and were a nice arrangement. Still won't use them again.
Delivery was great. Basket was so cute and a ton of candies and goodies in there!
It was great that I was able to shop online from the Caribbean. It was easy. I even had to make changes to my delivery dates and it was done quickly. Delivery was made and my mom loved it. Had a good experience.

Understand the world is expensive but for $40 including handling while the service was good, the flowers delivered were sparse and looked cheap
My only negative comment is that I received an e-mail stating that the balloons had been delivered, when in fact, the recipient didn't actually receive them until about 1-2 hours later. Other than that, I am OK with this service and the price.
Good and excellent place to shop for gifts
It was not clear from your website that the flowers would be MAILED from NJ and not delivered from a florist. Also, I paid for a florist designed bouquet but the person received a bunch of tulips that she could have bought at a supermarket for $5. How embarrassing for us!
I bought an arrangement that looked like a cake. The top daisies were a little to large and the idea of a cake was distorted a bit. Recipient was happy but for me I knew what it was supposed to look like.
