Everything was great, but I have one suggestion. I love lillies in an arrangement, but some people HATE the smell of stargazers. Based on the picture, I thought that these would not be, but unfortunately, they were. PLEASE specify the TYPE of lillies in your online descriptions. Would have otherwise given 5 stars.

Okay so I just ordered Balloons, and on the site I went with the Premium order for $43.99 and it was the VERY same number of balloons as the Regular order! I THOUGHT if I paid more $$ I would get more balloons...this is the SAME order but I paid double! Not very happy at all!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
