I ordered flowers on the 27th for my father who was having surgery states away the next day. I waited ALL day to get a confirmation of when they got sent and NOTHING, I called them (was left on hold for 20 mins) and they said the florists system was down and was unable to send the flowers on my fathers surgery. Long story short, he didn't get flowers the day of his surgery and when he was discharged from the hospital, I told them to send the flowers to his home, I called again and again and there was always an excuse of why they weren't sent yet. They have finally got delivered the 31st of the month and they didn't send me a confirmation-I had to call them again!
I don't send these flowers to myself I sent one set to my daughter and one to my mother-in-law they were beautiful and both of them said they are absolutely gorgeous and sent me pictures you guys did a great job thank you very very much, Cheryl

Lots of unmentioned hidden fees so not the real bargain they advertise.Was annoyed that there was no mention up front about the $14.99 service/handling extra charge and an extra $6.99 for the vase.Then I end up being forced to pay an extra $6.99 for Saturday delivery even though I was ordering on Thursday and the site had said next day and I wanted it delivered on Friday.Was in a hurry to place order otherwise would have looked around to see if I could have paid less.However my Mom got the flowers on time and said they were beautiful.
You need to put the shipping charge on all items to give us a chance to compare what we want.
