The fruit basket was nicely arranged; however, the chocolates that came with it were very cheap. I was a little embarrassed by the selection. I checked and the price ranges between $3.89 at Walmart and $5.80 at Target. I expected a much nicer brand for the price I paid to add them on. I was very disappointed with the selection.
I'm dissappointed that the recipient didn't get the same flowers as in the picture that I ordered. I was not at all what the picture looked like nor the same flowers. I'm a florist in Iowa & if I can't give a customer the same flowers as ordered, I advise them what I will have to substitute.

There was a shipping and handling charge of 14.99 which I wasn't expecting and saw in my final total. I thought delivery was free. This was a bit upsetting because last time I used this site it was affordable this made it a little less amazing.

The flowers did not look fresh! They had old & dark spots on the petals. I was very disappointed This was my 3rd time ordering from your company and the 1st time I was not happy with my order!
