I loved how easy it was online to shop for the perfect flowers! They looked great & the overall experience was great! Although I was a little disappointed with the fact that the 'tracker' only told me that my delivery was scheduled and no time frame, no updates, nor did it tell me when they were delivered.
The bouquet I received looked nothing like what I ordered. I would hav even better off buying them at the grocery store. I am extremely disappointed.

No place to put certain time for delivery
My wife was visiting her sister in California and I wanted to send flowers for our anniversary. I called 2 local florists, 3 days before our anniversary and one told me they had an event that day and wasn't sure they would be able to do it, the other never returned my message I left. So the day before our anniversary found From You Flowers.com and decided to try it. I figured if theyy couldn't connect with a florist I wouldn't get charged. The flowers arrived in perfect timing and my wife said they were beautiful, no wilting or curled or tinged leaves! The price was pretty good too. Thanks for taking care of it!

Accidentally sent to wrong address but called and corrected the address and natter was taken care of quickly and recipient received her flowers on time!
I ordered 20 tulips and got 6 tulips that were wilted already. I sent this to cheer my daughter up after the loss of her baby. This was not cheerful with wilted tulips. I will not use this web site again. :(

I verified the flowers were packaged nicely and also to make sure the chocolates were included; the recipient said everything was very nicely packaged and everything arrived that I paid for.

The product we received was far fewer flowers from what displayed in selection chart and the box of chocolate that was also ordered was missing.
