But the flowers came wayyyyy too early! Then they didn't look like what I ordered...but at least the recipients were still happy.

I enjoyed the fact that I can get the delivery date I want. Selections are beautiful. I hope my next order will get there in a timely manner. There isn't a specified time other than 9 AM to 5 PM (cable company hours) and my orders will need to get there by 2:30 PM. The customer service (her name fails me now) did a great job in apologizing and redirecting my order. She did an outstanding job which is why I attend to order again in the near future. Thank you.

It was a nightmare. You could not make guaranteed delivery in time for my best friend's birthday even though I ordered a day ahead. She got it a day late. It was supposed to be an upgrade and sure did not look like it. You gave a 20% discount and removed the $14.99 delivery charge, but I'll never use the discount on a future order because I will not order from you again. So overall, you didn't live up to your promises, I still had to pay for something that arrived a day late, was not anything that outstanding, and gave a discount that I'll never use.

Flowers were beautiful and teddy bear was adorable.My only complaint is a box of chocolate came with it.My daughter lives in Florida and was not home when the delivery came so the chocolate melted.My overall experience was very good.

Shipping Handling Fee is too high and not easily known till too far in the process. The flowers that came were not to the size and variety of the picture displayed. I feel that they should send a photo of the picture online versus the flowers sent to the person buying online.
I did not expect a handling fee and this was bering charged at the end.
Also the glass vase arrived broken- dissappointing

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
