I have NEVER had a problem & I have used fromyouflowers at least 13 times! Once the person receiving the flowers had left the nursing home & put in hospital... they still worked around the change & got her the flowers. I won't use anyone else for flowers!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
