It took 2 emails and a phone call before the arrangment was delivered 13 days late. It was a random, smaller arrangment with sort of the right colors than the specific arrangement I ordered. They probably get their photos from other floral websites, give them new names and then sell for a hefty price. I will NEVER use this company again.

Have never ordered a plant before from you guys and it looked different than the pictures. Only reason I say that is because it did not have the same white flowers shown in the picture or the yellow. Not what I expected especially for paying what I did as well as ordering Deluxe.

The flowers looked nothing like the ad. It looked more like something my grandchild would have made from flowers from a bad grocery store flower department. If it had more greenery or such to at least fill in the empty space, seemed like a few flowers and greenery for the size of the vase, etc...

The arrangement I ordered as a surprise for a friend's birthday and it was suppose to be a purple flower arrangement, but there was only 2 in it, the rest were WHITE CARNATIONS! REALLY! I feel I didn't get the product I ordered for a special friend's birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
