Well if I had gotten my anniversary flowers sent to my wife when they said they would be there I would be ok. BUT... They never showed. I paid the extra fee for expedited service and still 8 hours later, NO Flowers. THEY SUCK... AND THE FLORIST SUCKS. THANKS for ruining my anniversary.

The product delivered was NOT the product I ordered. It did not arrive in a PINK BABY'S FIRST BUILDING BLOCK vase. Very disappointing.

The flowers weren't arranged to look like the web site's photo, or the vase was smaller. I think they were delivered as a bunch of roses with the photo vase separate. The receiving person had to cut and arrange the flowers and they looked sparse instead of full like the photo. As far as I can tell the flowers and vase are in good shape. Getting the photo vase delivered with the flowers in one day without extra charges is nice.

Too much for balloons, I also had a $12 credit that wasn't applied. I do a lot of online shopping because my family is all over the world so I use online services that I feel do a great job, good service and products.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
