I live in another state, so I won't see the arrangement in person. My sister was delighted with the flowers and sent me a picture of them, saying they are beautiful.

Found what I wanted right away.

I have used you guys several times and have always been pleased but this time I was very disappointed. The arrangement looked awful and only had 5 flowers. Not worth what I paid for. I understand you most likely contract out to local florists but this one did not do a great job. My suggestion is try to find another florist to contract with for the zip code *******.

So far it was fine. I want to make sure the flowers look exactly as shown on your website. The flower arrangement that was sent looked completely different but it was prettier. My only complaint is that I cannot get the vendors name to do business with them directly.

My girlfriend said that the flowers arrived in a box when i had ordered a vase and that they were not in acceptable condition.

Easy online ordering compared to others. However the order did not get there on time! It was over 24 hrs late. And did not look anything like i ordered. Color was wrong and gave me cheaper flowers. I also pd for a medium and recieved a small. Never will i order hwre again!

Half of the flowers were wilted upon delivery. Very disappointing!

I paid for an upgraded bouquet to be delivered same day. I called about the non delivery and was told it was not sent but would go out next morning first thing. It arrived next day in the afternoon.the bouquet looked like a cheap grouping of flowers i would buy at walmart. At Wal-Mart I would have paid $10-$15. With you it was considerably more. I expected better.

The product and balloon were as pictured and other than the aforementioned undisclosed charge the experience was as promised/pictured on the website.

14 dollars for service handling fee was unexpected. I think it's a bit much.

Am grateful I could order online since I am in Texas and the recipient is in ND. My sister was VERY pleased with the flowers! Since we grew up in Texas, she was thrilled to see yellow roses in the arrangement.

Was a gift to my gf, she was surprised and loved the flowers. From the photos they looked very vibrant and tight buds...

So far this has been easy to order. I love the same-day delivery and reasonable prices. I had a concern and called the customer service number. The representative, Juliana, was professional, patient, prompt and attentive. I will be a lifetime customer.
