I have used you guys several times and have always been pleased but this time I was very disappointed. The arrangement looked awful and only had 5 flowers. Not worth what I paid for. I understand you most likely contract out to local florists but this one did not do a great job. My suggestion is try to find another florist to contract with for the zip code *******.

Easy online ordering compared to others. However the order did not get there on time! It was over 24 hrs late. And did not look anything like i ordered. Color was wrong and gave me cheaper flowers. I also pd for a medium and recieved a small. Never will i order hwre again!

Half of the flowers were wilted upon delivery. Very disappointing!
I paid for an upgraded bouquet to be delivered same day. I called about the non delivery and was told it was not sent but would go out next morning first thing. It arrived next day in the afternoon.the bouquet looked like a cheap grouping of flowers i would buy at walmart. At Wal-Mart I would have paid $10-$15. With you it was considerably more. I expected better.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
