In this small town there are two business to choose from to order flowers from. I have used the other company on several occasions but believe in being fair and giving business to other companies. This was my first experience. First, Your price of $14.00 for delivery when I do know Oelwein as I grew up in the area is really taking advantage of a customer. The other company delivers to funeral homes and the nursing home, Grandview for free as it is within just a few blocks. Second, You advertise all over the web site SAME DAY, yet you don't. My order was placed well in advanced of the cut off time of the day plus it was just an ordinary day. Ie: no holiday, special event. I received an email stating they would be unable to deliver that day and was allowed the choice to pick the following day for an extra fee. It was a very special day for our mother whom had just been placed in a nursing home. We choose the extra fee. We later received an email stating they were unable to deliver on the second day that would cost us more. My brother and I were with our mother when they were finally delivered at 4:10 pm. The web site also stated that morning delivers were done for orders placed after 3 pm. My order was place far before that 3 pm deadline and there is as plenty of time to have had that flower order delivered the same day. Due to the not fulfilling what your company claims they provide, Coupled with the fact the company had the order for well over 48 hrs. I am asking for the $14.00 handling and delivery fee that was advertised yet not given to this customer.

My mom said they were beautiful but unfortunately she is not tech savvy to take a pic for me. They were delivered on time and put a smile on her face...and that's what I needed
Overall, I had a pretty positive experience-- the arrangement looked great, and I was very happy that I was able to get an arrangement delivered to me on the same day. The people from the local florist were a pleasure to communicate with.
My only complaint is that I was not at home when the delivery came, so instead of leaving it at my apartment, the arrangement was taken back to the store. I ended up driving to the store anyway to pick it up because I paid the same-day delivery fee and wanted it that afternoon, so I was slightly frustrated that I had to pay a $15 delivery fee just to have to pick up the arrangement on my own. However, the flowers turned out great, and the whole process was fairly efficient.
I wasn't too happy with the way the arrangement was out together. It was okay.
I ordered the premium arrangement and from the pucture that i received from my aunt i was very disappointed for the price that i paid the arrangement was not even full. If what i got was the premium i hate to see what the regular arrangement looks like. Ordering was a breeze.no problem there. They just feel sorry on the quality of the arrangement.

Although my wife received the flowers and loved them, they weren't very close to what was in the picture and what I bought. I know it won't always be perfect, but it wasn't that close. If I can't rely on what I see to be delivered, I doubt I will will from you again.

Flowers and presentation were great. The picture had a red vase, and the delivery was a clear vase. I did click on 'Birthday' for the card option and the card didn't have anything birthday related on it. Still satisfied, just being nit picky.

Site was pretty easy to use...A bad surprise at the end when seeing the delivery charge which was not revealed before seeing the total amount to be charged. The flowers were beautiful and she loved them!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
