Very easy and seamless
The arrangement my daughter received was not the one I ordered. While it was quite nice I was disappointed because there was a reason I choose the one I did - a private reference with the original choice.
I will order with them again because this is the only issue I have ever had and have always been happy with the service and arrangements in the past.

They were very quick to deliver. I ordered in the morning, maybe 10:30 EST and they were delivered by 1:00 p.m.
The flowers were to be delivered on Friday, July 13 however I got a phone call on my way home from work that they could not be delivered since the truck broke down they wanted to deliver on Saturday but we were going to be out all day so they delivered on Monday and were to include a balloon since it was late which was not included very disappointing I would've thought they would've gone above and beyond since the flowers were late.

The service I received was terrible. The basket did not arrive on the scheduled date. I called 3 times, speaking to different representatives and they assured me the basket would arrive the following morning. The basket did not arrive. A rep offered to upgrade the basket and give me a 50% off discount. When the basket arrived, it looked like something I could have picked up at the dollar store. I chose a basket for a teenage boy and the basket was full of dark chocolate and a chocolate rose. Not even close to what I selected on your website. I received an email stating that I would be receiving a discount. The discount was for 30%, not the 50% as discussed. Also, I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I will not be using this site in the future and will highly discourage others as well.
I am a repeat customer and all of the arrangements sent have been of very good quality and the flowers have last a reasonable amount of time, unfortunately, my order was scheduled for Friday the 13th and did not arrive until Saturday, July 14,2018, However, the arrangement was fresh, and beautiful.
The website is very easy to navigate. The selection is very nice, and easy to understand. The only suggestion that I would like to make is for the florist to send a snapshot of the flowers via email so I could see the flowers prior to shipment. The flowers that arrived didn't look like the picture - I'll wait to see how they look in a few days when all the flowers are open but on arrival - the flowers were a bit underwhelming.
