Living in England was a little difficult to find a reputable florist but thanks to my niece who lives in Maryland she recommended you, the flowers were for a special birthday for my sister, she received them on the actual day and was very pleased with the roses.

I placed an order a week in advance of when it needed to be delivered... it never was. They didn't contact me, I had to contact them to find out about it. Steer clear of them!
Prior to delivery: Would DEFINITELY buy again if there was always free shipping. Time will tell if this affects the quality of the arrangement.
Post delivery: My Mother in Law sent a picture of the bouquet when she received it. It looked like someone just took a $10 bouquet from the grocery store and shoved it in a vase. It does not look like a florist took the the time to actually arrange it. She told me she was very happy with the flowers that were in it, but that she did have to go through and rearrange it herself this morning and add a bow to make it display worthy. I don't think I would buy a "regular" bouquet again, and I would be hesitant to purchase a "deluxe" if it is just twice the amount of flowers haphazardly shoved into a vase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
