The bouquet did not resemble what I ordered. The vase was different, and there were dyed flowers (something I do not like!) in the bouquet. Disappointed because it was a gift.

EASY-PEAZY! I had the flowers sent to my Granddaughter for her 25th birthday. I live in Ohio and she is in TX. The flowers were delivered on time and she thought they were beautiful! I'm very pleased with the ease of placing the order and the variety of choices I had.

I have ordered many times from youflowers.com and have been well-satisfied. However, I was not pleased at all with this order. The bouquet looked nothing like the photo and did not look like a professional arrangement. I contacted customer service and they responded very promptly with an email, a partial refund and a discount coupon. I am satisfied with the way my problem was handled and I hope this florist makes an effort to create arrangements as pictured.

The flowers were schedule to arrive on Sunday, August 12th and they were delivered on Saturday the 11th. Luckily, my sister arrived home before they came. She said they were lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
