When I ordered the flowers I entered the zip code for delivery and was told that same day delivery was available. I received a call at about 3PM in the delivery area telling me that fromyouflowers was not able to locate a local florist and the order was being cancelled.

I picked out what I wanted and you changed it. If it is not available then I should have been notified before it was delivered. I don't even know what it looked like. Would not EVER order from you again. Paid extra for a noon delivery, order hasn't even gone out yet at 2PM, the flowers were not available no one called to let me know, no one reached out regarding the status. You sure were going to keep the fee though weren't you. Nope!
