I woke up at 3am the day I needed this order delivered. I google searched and found exactly what I wanted to send my 8 yr old granddaughter as a back to school good luck gift!
It was a darling gift. A pink teddy bear with a rosebud vase of 3 pink roses and I added 3 Mylar balloons that said 'good luck'. The entire gift was perfect and I've never seen such big pretty balloons.
For a small fee I was able to get 'same day delivery!' Thank goodness! I hadn't thought of sending something this way earlier, and live several hours away from my family and was unable to go take anything myself.
Believe me when I say. I was in shock when the gift was SO nice and was delivered fairly in the day and my precious little granddaughter was, to quote my son. ' over the moon!'
Thank you thank you thank you. You made a little girls day extra special and made this grandmothers day filled with gratitude for your wonderful top drawer service!

First order never received florist didn't try to deliver lied and said no one home.
Spoke with supervisor he changed florists and very nice delivery lady, however it was the next day.
Disappointed as this is the second time happened with this online service. I will not be using this again
Quick, easy and awesome
I have ordered several times, and was disappointed only once (re: order ******* Sept 2016 flowers for my daughter). The flowers I ordered on 8/20/18, for my sister-in-law who passed away on Aug 17th, were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home by 1 pm on Tuesday 8/21. I requested the flowers be delivered by 1 pm because our family was gathering then for a private viewing. My husband and I were very disappointed that the arrangement was not at the funeral home when we arrived at 12:30 pm. And, it was not there when we left at 3 pm. I contacted Fromyoufloers.com and was told the florist had called the funeral home to verify the viewing time, and was told it was 6 pm. The arrangement was delivered in time for the 6 pm viewing; and the flowers were beautiful! I only wish that if the florist had a question about the delivery time, that they would've contacted me, or had Fromyoufloers.com reach out to me to confirm the requested delivery time. Or, the florist could have trusted that it was not a typo, and followed the delivery instructions on my order, to deliver the flowers at 1 pm. A Customer Service representative with Fromyoufloers.com said they will refund 15% of my order to my card for the disappointment caused by the delivery time mix-up. Please note: I will continue to recommend Fromyouflowers.com to family and friends. And, I will order again with Fromyouflowers.com when the occasion arises.
Website was quick and easy. Lots of choices. Was hoping quality and delivery are worth it. Paid extra for same day delivery however product was not delivered until the next day. Recipient was not home to receive the delivery and it was left on her porch. Overall I am satisfied but disappointed in the whole delivery. The recipient was delighted and that is all that matters.

The bouquet we recieved and what we ordered weren't even remotely close. We have ordered from here before and realize the bouquet may not be exact to the web site however it has never been this far off. Maybe they used a new florist. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
