I was disappointed in their service delivery since the flowers were not delivered the same day as promised online when I placed the order. I was refunded the additional fee, but I would probably have ordered from a local flower shop, if I had know.

I ordered 12 gladiolus. I expected them to be tall, as gladiolus are, but they were cut down to no more than 15 inches. I also assumed that "rainbow" would be more than 2 colors. I was surprised to find the glads in the box with nothing wet on their stems, but maybe that's the way they were supposed to be shipped. They were delivered to the wrong home and left out in the sun on the porch- but that's on UPS.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
