The color of flowers were not the same that I ordered I ordered purple and got purple and pink. Also the base was different. Luckily they turned out to be very beautiful so no biggie I just wanted to let you know.

Will avoid any business that uses ups going forward. No phone call was made to the phone number provided for recipient. The flowers were found at front porch an hour after their delivery time that was listed on the tracking records. All rose tips had the burnt look.

I've been a repeat customer over the past year. For the most part I'm satisfied with my purchases.The last few times I've placed an order - the recipients flowers did not look like the arrangement or color or even vase that I choose. This has been disappointing. FYF - should reconsider some of the florists they contract with. Either the florist follows the customers order and gets it right or shoukdn't even bother with contracting with FYF.
I'm paying for a service - place an order according to the photo arrangement and expect to get what I pay for not a florist version of what they feel like creating that day.
If I order all pink flowers - I want all pink flowers only - not peach, with purple flowers in the mix.
You might not get what you paid for "just sayin'.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
