I wish you can make changes to the item on the review screen. I decided last minute, I wanted to add a box of chocolate to my order, so I had to delete was I had and select it again. It was annoying.

I don't understand why my flowers were delivered to my mother the day before I requested. I guess, early is better than late, but I wanted them on her birthday on Saturday the 20th. In addition, they don't look at all like the picture. She loves them, and I'm sure they're beautiful, but I specifically wanted the red and orange colors that I chose in the picture. And instead they're magenta and light yellow or white. I'm disappointed.

I tried logging in through Amazon. I filled out the info but then nothing happened. I then did a guest checkout so I could complete my order. I was happy to see that they still offered same day delivery at 1:00 in the afternoon. On a casual Thursday in October, I didn't see a problem. Unfortunately, my flowers didn't arrive until Friday. I did receive an e-mail Thursday afternoon at 4:00 apologizing for the delay and refunding my same day delivery fee. I appreciate that kind of professional and timely response. Next time, I'll make sure to order ahead if I use this fromyouflowers.com.

The website was easy to navigate and the flowers were delivered in a timely manner. The arrangement was very subpar, I ordered a premium arrangement and it honestly looked like they stopped at the local grocery store and grabbed it out of the freezer. Very disappointed with the quality, just to make it even better the flowers were for our 16th anniversary so the only thing I think about now from that day is this mess.

I payed a lot of money for flowers 82.00 I wanted and balloons they gave my friend 1 white balloon and I order purple balloons, she didn't even know it was from me because they spelled my name wrong and flowers were supposed to be purple and they gave her pink I was very disappointed.so no I wont be ordering again ty.
