I really don't know about what the flowers arrangement looked like or when it was delivered. I sent it to a memorial service that I did not attend. However, I did confirm that it was received. My son said that the arrangement was very pretty and the family appreciated them.
Site was easy to navigate through and there were no "hidden" charges tacked on at the end of my order.
He got the flower but didn't get the card which I think to be the most important part. Overall it was ok.

The flowers and bear were left at the top of my drive way which is 100 yards from the house. My wife didn't see them until she went out the next day after they had been sitting in the rain. Not sure why they were not delivered to the door. Good buying experience horrible delivery.
