I really don't know about what the flowers arrangement looked like or when it was delivered. I sent it to a memorial service that I did not attend. However, I did confirm that it was received. My son said that the arrangement was very pretty and the family appreciated them.

The flowers and bear were left at the top of my drive way which is 100 yards from the house. My wife didn't see them until she went out the next day after they had been sitting in the rain. Not sure why they were not delivered to the door. Good buying experience horrible delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
